The cells were then incubated with rabbit AGPAT1 antibody, followed by fixing the cells in 2% paraformaldehyde and staining with Alexa Fluor-568 antibody. The nuclei were stained with 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), and the cells were imaged. ( B ) Huh7 cells were grown as monolayers, and the total cell lysate (L) was prepared.
